Cleanup Pal started out as a hobby of mine where I would go around and pick up garbage around the neighborhood in an effort to improve the curb appeal and overall impression of the area. Once the neighborhood was clean, I started to expand my efforts and began to clean up the local town whenever I was out and about and had some free time.

Eventually I thought about the possibility of turning this activity into a business. After doing some research, planning, and reaching out to local property managers, I was able to secure my first client.

Since 2022 Cleanup Pal has been providing reliable property cleanup service in the northwest suburbs of Chicago. We are still a small company which allows us to give personalized attention to each property while at the same time keeping costs down.
